  • Prior to commencement of Services and at any time thereafter, the Design Professional may request in writing that the Owner provide reasonable documentation that the Owner has made financial arrangements to fulfill the Owner’s obligations under this Agreement and complete the Project through the Construction Phase. After the Owner furnishes such evidence, the Owner shall not vary, in any material way, such financial arrangements without prior written notice to the Design Professional.
