L. Lenny Waldhauser, IV
Lenny Waldhauser is Product Vice President and Director of RLI (NYSE: RLI) Professional Services Group
(PSG). The PSG program offers a growing portfolio of commercial insurance products focused on
non-medical professional disciplines. Prior to joining RLI, Mr. Waldhauser was with NIP Group in
Woodbridge, NJ where he was President of the Retail Property and Casualty Division and a member of the
management committee. He developed NIP into a major niche market player by leading organic growth campaigns
and several multi-million dollar acquisitions of niche-focused agencies. Mr. Waldhauser has a diverse
20-year insurance career with Brokers, Program Administrators and Insurers. Prior to joining NIP Group,
he held senior underwriting positions with ACE USA, XL Insurance and Victor O. Schinnerer, a subsidiary
of Marsh, Inc. Mr. Waldhauser is also a nationally recognized authority and speaker on non-medical
professional liability insurance matters. Earlier in his career, he was an aide to United States
Congresswoman Helen D. Bentley (MD-2). Mr. Waldhauser graduated from the University of Baltimore with
a BA cum laude in Government & Public Policy.

Paul Dietrich
Paul Dietrich joined RLI in 2008 and is Chief Underwriting Officer, Professional Liability of
RLI Professional Services Group (PSG). Paul is responsible for managing PSG professional
liability products to include underwriter training, product development and management. With
over 22 years of industry service, Paul is a specialist in non-medical professional liability
and has held management positions with ECS, Inc., XL Insurance and ACE USA. Prior to joining RLI,
Paul was Vice President with ACE USAs Professional Risk Division in Philadelphia, PA.
He is a longstanding member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and
founding member of that groups Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Paul is a graduate of Wilkes College,
Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelors Degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences. Paul also holds an
Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.

Don Johnson
Don Johnson is Assistant Vice President, Underwriting. His RLI career began in 2010 after 22 years with Travelers and St. Paul Insurance companies,
in which he gained extensive experience with architects and engineers programs. At Travelers he held
various technical and leadership positions, most recently as managing director leading the Travelers
property/casualty underwriting program for architects, engineers and surveyors.

Ira Sussman
Ira Sussman, Assistant Vice President, Claims, came to RLI in 2008, and has been involved in A&E claims as a defense attorney and claims
litigation manager for more than 20 years. He spent eight years as a partner in a Chicago area law
firm where he specialized in construction law, litigation and insurance coverage. Ira handled the
defense of design defect and personal injury suits filed against architects and engineers. He also
advised insurers on coverage issues and helped architects and engineers resolve disputes at insured
construction projects. He also previously served as senior surety claims counsel with Safeco Surety,
assessing exposure to claims presented by owners, general contractors and others in a 26-state region.

Barbara Sable
Barbara Sable joined RLI in July 2010 and is the Director, Professional Enterprise Risk Solutions for
RLIs Professional Services Group. She is responsible for developing the content for RLIs
risk management programs and addressing the day-to-day risk management needs of RLIs policyholders.
Barb provides face-to-face seminars, webinars, contract reviews, policy analysis, and insurance
program guidance to RLIs producers and insureds. Prior to joining RLI, Barb was an equity partner
in a national insurance brokerage firm, serving the needs of that firms largest architecture and
engineering clients. Before that, Barb was an executive with Victor O. Schinnerer, where she was
responsible for underwriting and risk management for numerous architecture and engineering firms
worldwide. She began her career with CNA Insurance Companies as an actuarial and financial analyst.
Barb is a 1985 graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, with a B.A. in Mathematics.
